Dance of Democracy – TN Elections 2019!!!

I liked this title …when I read it in TOI newspaper years back as separate column during the election times. As General Elections in India is nearby…all the political parties started their performances…the so-called “Dance of Democracy”. Usually, there will be wonders and blunders happening in the political scenario of all the states. Coming to my Tamilnadu….this time it is totally made of blunders in the name of political alliances.

Tamilnadu is in a very pathetic situation …Shadow Government with Puppet CM and Deputy CM, incapable opponent party, irrelevant so-called other parties, so-called language movements and religious movements and finally the so-called anti-Indians…with these I can see it as the worst era in the whole TN politics. It might take another one or 2 state selections to see hope in TN politics.

Anyways eagerly waiting for the Manifesto from all the parties for this upcoming election, Lets HOPE for the BEST in the WORST!!!

Infusion !!!

In a relationship, it’s not about love, it’s not about gender, its all about who earns more between them. It defines the superiority in a relationship.So-called male domination is the one which makes a women compromise her dream with no choice. Mostly the male domination thoughts have been infused in men by women. All mothers, sisters & wives want their son, brother & husband to be the one who is responsible for their secured life and he has to earn more to prove that he is a Man. It’s all about earning respect in the so-called society. Even now, most of the modern age wives/girls want her husband/man to earn more than her, just to avoid the social stigma. This has to be changed. It will take a lot of efforts to see a change and surely it might take few generations.

Gender-hands-1260x840

According to me, every mom, sister, and wife has a responsibility to not to infuse the hidden male domination thoughts to their son, brother, and husband. Instead, it is the responsibility of every dad, brother, and husband to infuse thoughts on her daughter, sister, and wife to think, dream and live free and independent. Though we can see a lot of changes in the young generation couples and parents, but still a long way to go.

Men not going to work is a social stigma and women going to work takes great responsibility and superior. This is the perception in most people’s mind. Why has this to be like this? In a relationship, it’s all about their decision to lead their life as they wanted to.

Work for survival, live to build a home and love & care for each other. Complement each other. Never take advantage of any decision. Domination starts when someone takes advantage of the situation. Women are not meant to be controlled or to be a sacrificing machine. In the same time, men are not meant to be superior ( physically/mentally ) and to be an earning machine.

Life will be so much beautiful when no domination thoughts are infused into the deeper minds.

Dance of Democracy – TN Elections 2016

Cheap politicals stunts will create a bad example for future young politicians. (Next Gen. Politicians). Tamil Nadu is experiencing the heights of cheap political stunts towards May 2016 elections. DMDK’s negotiation tactics,  PMK’s daydream for becoming CM of Tamil Nadu, DMK’s begging attitude for an alliance with DMDK, pathetic unnoticed BJP for no major calls for an alliance, no comments on Congress and other minor parties and finally silent and helpless AIADMK.

Also, we got to see a few interesting happenings,

  1. PMK’s simple and effective and most needed manifesto ( but from a worse visionary -party head )
  2. Seeman’s NTK with effective and clean manifesto and principles ( not strong enough to win..but a good start if he maintains his stand of opposing Dravidian parties in future elections too)
  3. Vaiko-Thiruma’s MNK with a mix of so-called activists turned opportunists in politics (MDMK, VCK, CPI, CPM). A good decision to join together and may win hearts if they maintain this for 2 future elections at least

Few of the top blunders are as follows ( Dance of Democracy )

  1. DMK’s Namakku Naame Thittam – Heights of political stunt ( got some positive and negative vibes equally ) but a great entertainment through memes ( thanks for that )
  2.  PMK’s “Change Progress Anbumani” and related campaigns in Obama Style promotions from A leader-party head with no clarity and no individuality
  3. Congress’s belief and assurance on winning more seats in alliance with DMK
  4. BJP’s where to go situation and waiting for the last minute call from any of the parties for an alliance
  5. AIADMK’s silent and confused attitude
  6. DMDK leaders crystal clear interviews with blabbering every time and get trapped to the journalist questions ( as the way they wanted ) and for all the enjoyable memes circulated in social media portraying DMDK leader

Apart from all these blunders, the worst was the negotiation talks from all parties to Vijayakanth except AIADMK. TN ppl witnessed historical situations like a 50+-year-old party to beg DMDK for an alliance. Finally got ditched with the decision of DMDK’s standing alone in all 234 positions. But now DMK pitched in for a post-election alliance with DMDK with no regrets of getting ditched recently.

More to talk about these wonders and blunders of TN elections 2016. The worst part is, people are left with No effective manifesto, No productive schemes and No sincere promises, No people-oriented principles, No inspiring leader and No hope for growth.

Good luck TN for more wonders and blunders of TN 2016 elections and also for a bright future with inspiring leaders like VK, MKS, AM, JJ.  😉 This too shall pass by. Another election will come and we hope for the best.

Wonders or blunders, Let us VOTE and decide.

ps: ”Dance of Democracy” is a title lifted from TOI’s election news page. This post is just a view of mine and no intention to portray or impose a good or bad impression on any individual party. This is just an expression of my thoughts on day to day recent political incidents I came across.

Ithu Chennai Da !!!

Crores of Donors

These made Chennai what it is now. This is new to Chennai to face such a natural disaster. Chennai had no experience to handle this situation. Chennai would have never imagined getting these much support in a short notice. But everything happened. Very proud to be in the generation and humanity. No words to express thanks to Indian and NRI donors and the love they shared.

Life is so much beautiful with these good hearted people around as.Thanks for everything. We will be back in form in few weeks.

Raising Intolerance – Cheap Journalism.

I was just wondering about why there is so much fuss about the word INTOLERANCE & AAMIR. I watched the interview recently and it’s a usual interview with tactical questions from Top Journalist forum and Aamir’s views as answers. There are a lot of other things he spoke was constructive and totally ignored by the so call media and they only took the part where he stated about the intolerance ( insecurity ) and his wife’s conversation with him on the insecure feeling.

All these media hyped this to a new level and made it related to politics and portraying Aamir as anti-patriotic. This is just an act of cheap journalism and everything for TRP. HOT words from a HOT star – sells high in TRP or any other related term for other media. As a common man if I was a Muslim, I would have felt the same intolerance and alarmed about the general public and media’s perception of Terrorism related to Islam. Please, remove the religious tag from Terrorism.

It is all about the secure feeling that a nation gives to a common man. No matter what is your Foreign investment policy, no matter how the GDP grows, no matter about the stunning technology revolution, no matter on the new political policies and stands, a common man just want to feel secured wherever he lives. Even most of the Indian’s like me are feeling alarmed and insecure due to the recent activities of a nationwide religious movement and on their moral policing. This is just one example…and more to be listed.

I have a strong feeling that patriotism is getting out fashioned and unwanted in the current scenario. Let’s think Humanity, Let’s think Global. Raise your voice for truth, raise your voice for humanity. Let’s put an end to Cheap Journalism.

Earlier, Now and Forever; Happy Watching Movies!

I’m a movie buff. My Love and interest for watching movies is not getting reduced as years pass by. In the recent times, I’m have become a fan of Malayalam Film industry (both off-screen and on-screen ). I just simply wonder at their simple and easy way of story telling and screenplay which is almost closer to reality and brilliant performances of the actors. Most films have a touch of their soil and surely will make any Malayalee to miss his hometown. And I have to mention about the friendliness between the artists. I’m not sure about the old Malayalam movies, I’m talking about the recent time Malayalam movies.

Mamookka, Lal Ettan, Dulquar, Nivin, Biju Menon, Kunjakogopan, Prithvi Raj, Jayaram, Fahad, Kalapavan Mani, Nithya Menon, Parvathi Menon, Nazriya Nizam etc., are my favorites.  Good to see that few of Malayalam movies hit the Box Office in Chennai in the recent times. Premam, Yennum Yepozhum, Dhrishyam, 1982, Baskar the Rascal, Shutter, Salt and Pepper, Dady Cool, Mili, Bangalore Days, Om Shanthi Osaana and Ustad Hotel are few of the recent movies I watched. I liked all the movies.

I never intend to compare Tamil and Malayalam industry. As I know both the industries has their own style of making, different cultures, a different way of working and different kind of audiences.  Giving importance to the story line, close to reality screenplay, nativity dialogues, beautiful ladies, language and slang, mesmerizing music, greeneries all over the movies are the key features of the success of Malayalam industry.
Anyways whatever may be the language, good to see good films. I get a lot of inspiration and motivation from Movies; Earlier, Now and Forever. Happy watching Movies.

Again its August…!

As I always say August Month is always close to my heart…now one more crown has been added to it. My Wedding Day is the new one added to August specials. This years August is so special till now because, my darling wife took all the responsibilities of making it too special. Starting from 1st wedding anniversary day to my birthday she made it wonderful with small small surprises.

I usually love to give surprises to others and very rarely  get surprised. This young lady darling with me, took all the pride in surprising me often.

And she started writing a new blog http://padmamalinisoman.wordpress.com/ and i’m happy to see her writing online. She is a great artist, great lover of colors, great lover of kids, great lover of tiny things in this world…with all these things the blog will be interesting and eagerly waiting to see her write more. And about this space, i have plans to make it regular at-least this time I should make it. Lot of happenings, lot of perceptions, lot of learning, lot of mistakes, lot of listening, lot of movies, lots and lots to write and share.

Equality in Quality …not this year….!

Today’s headlines…Tamil Nadu government cancels the “Uniform Education System” from this year. ( not sure its a complete stop or a temporary one ). There were lot of controversies when DMK implemented this two years back. But still they formed a committee with a group of experienced educationalists. They came up with a system which comprises both state board and matriculation syllabus. It was apposed by almost all the matric schools and most of the government school staffs.

The truth behind the things is…the syllabus is a good one…but its little low for Matric schools and TOOOO high for government school children ( TEACHERS). Without making any alterations in the implementation system in the government schools…the old DMK govt. implemented the system. But now the same thing is canceled by present government. I’m not sure about they did it for a good cause…or for a revenge sort of thing (cheap politics). But its time to stop this temporarily and get started with a extraordinary implementation system. Without a good implementation system…there will be lot of drop outs from the school…after 8th standard.

Lot to go…and lot to see…! Lets wish that atleast this government makes some considerable progress in Government school education. Both in terms of education and infrastructure.

Little bit confused…!

What’s next level…? Really tired of hearing and answering to this question. Its all about CrazyPencilz and its development. We are gonna complete one year in few weeks of time. For the past one month I am flooded b this question ” What’s next level ? ” . Most of the questions are from the pure hearts with pure thoughts. (never mind about others). I know the complete intention of this question is to know about theprogress we make and to help us in one or other way. And I’m not here to blame any one or thier question…!

Close to the clear state..but still..!

But frankly speaking I do not have answer for this question. Just still working on it. For the past few months all my thoughts were on this and working for the same. Literally get confused and stuck inbetween with internal & external process. Solving it getting it solved one by one. Always I make sure that I’m on right track and getting closer to next level. Wish and hope if all things works out well the forth coming year will be a Blast to Crazy Pencilz Studio. This new year 2011 will be new and fresh to Crazy Pencilz.

With new resources, new projects, new challenges, more issues, more lessons, more money, more smiles and more achievements life is gonna be pretty interesting. With all our love and passion, will make it big.

Blame Game Again….!

Whom to Blame – this Game never ends. I have prepared a brief report on the Tamilnadu HSC (12th) stateboard results 2010. With little bit improvement in the overall performance when compared to last year (2009). Good to see the overall performance of corporation school students when compared to last year. For 25th consecutive year virudunagar dt., has topped the list in pass percentage with 96%.

report on 12th std exam results 2010

Good things are known to every one through visual and print media. Coming to the other side, the overall performance of government schools are not much improved. A little bit increase in pass percentage doesn’t mean a lot. Few schools recorded around only 40% as pass percentage and no school has recorded 100% . No considerable state rank from the regualr subjects, most of the top ranks are from vocational subjects like photography , Food preservation, home science, medical lab tech, lithography printing etc., This story continues every year.

In the meantime, TN super power government announced caste based offers on the cutt of marks. This makes the Engineering to be easily accessible to everyone. Already corporate companies are complaining about , more number of non qualified fresh engineers coming out every year. With lacking in analytical and communicational skills, the unemployment will be increased. Engineering is not the only degree to pursue..there are lots of other areas to excel.

Govt., has to work on root(inner level) to improve the standards on schools and to make the student competitive. Reducing the cut off marks and giving offers on that , will never help them in long term. With lots of non standard schools & Engg. colleges, we should not expect the students to be qualified. Help the students to score more marks and not by reducing the cut off marks. Education department requires a serious attention to make India a self sustained country. More money , more knowledge to be invested on the Education department.

I Dream for the day, “Top marks from govt., schools” , “DAV schools comes last in the list” , “English not a barrier for rural students”, “Money not a barrier for higher studies”, “Caste no bar for admissions”, “educational based things in the manifesto of political parties” etc.,

Dreams will come true….!

Lashings of thanks to all the NGO’s, who worked behind the scenes of most government schools for betterment of the students.Next year the results will be and should be much better will all the NGO’s and teachers support.

ps:- All the above said are just my views, the details in the report are purely prepared from the news papers, accuracy of the data are based on that. I’m not against any particular government or schools. Just an social anger..” why not govt., schools”.
