Little bit confused…!

What’s next level…? Really tired of hearing and answering to this question. Its all about CrazyPencilz and its development. We are gonna complete one year in few weeks of time. For the past one month I am flooded b this question ” What’s next level ? ” . Most of the questions are from the pure hearts with pure thoughts. (never mind about others). I know the complete intention of this question is to know about theprogress we make and to help us in one or other way. And I’m not here to blame any one or thier question…!

Close to the clear state..but still..!

But frankly speaking I do not have answer for this question. Just still working on it. For the past few months all my thoughts were on this and working for the same. Literally get confused and stuck inbetween with internal & external process. Solving it getting it solved one by one. Always I make sure that I’m on right track and getting closer to next level. Wish and hope if all things works out well the forth coming year will be a Blast to Crazy Pencilz Studio. This new year 2011 will be new and fresh to Crazy Pencilz.

With new resources, new projects, new challenges, more issues, more lessons, more money, more smiles and more achievements life is gonna be pretty interesting. With all our love and passion, will make it big.

Blame Game Again….!

Whom to Blame – this Game never ends. I have prepared a brief report on the Tamilnadu HSC (12th) stateboard results 2010. With little bit improvement in the overall performance when compared to last year (2009). Good to see the overall performance of corporation school students when compared to last year. For 25th consecutive year virudunagar dt., has topped the list in pass percentage with 96%.

report on 12th std exam results 2010

Good things are known to every one through visual and print media. Coming to the other side, the overall performance of government schools are not much improved. A little bit increase in pass percentage doesn’t mean a lot. Few schools recorded around only 40% as pass percentage and no school has recorded 100% . No considerable state rank from the regualr subjects, most of the top ranks are from vocational subjects like photography , Food preservation, home science, medical lab tech, lithography printing etc., This story continues every year.

In the meantime, TN super power government announced caste based offers on the cutt of marks. This makes the Engineering to be easily accessible to everyone. Already corporate companies are complaining about , more number of non qualified fresh engineers coming out every year. With lacking in analytical and communicational skills, the unemployment will be increased. Engineering is not the only degree to pursue..there are lots of other areas to excel.

Govt., has to work on root(inner level) to improve the standards on schools and to make the student competitive. Reducing the cut off marks and giving offers on that , will never help them in long term. With lots of non standard schools & Engg. colleges, we should not expect the students to be qualified. Help the students to score more marks and not by reducing the cut off marks. Education department requires a serious attention to make India a self sustained country. More money , more knowledge to be invested on the Education department.

I Dream for the day, “Top marks from govt., schools” , “DAV schools comes last in the list” , “English not a barrier for rural students”, “Money not a barrier for higher studies”, “Caste no bar for admissions”, “educational based things in the manifesto of political parties” etc.,

Dreams will come true….!

Lashings of thanks to all the NGO’s, who worked behind the scenes of most government schools for betterment of the students.Next year the results will be and should be much better will all the NGO’s and teachers support.

ps:- All the above said are just my views, the details in the report are purely prepared from the news papers, accuracy of the data are based on that. I’m not against any particular government or schools. Just an social anger..” why not govt., schools”.

Happy to be here….!

I’m back here almost after 2 months. Two long and interesting months. Lot of things happened all over these days…! Down with dengu viral fever, brother’s marriage, hand full of projects, granny passed away, completely occupied days in one or other way…really these two months were interesting. I hate myself for not completing the rest of the posts..I left at 8 of 30th happenings.

Anyways its a good start this year…with new challenges on personal and career side. Long back i received a sms fro my sister…”Blessed is the person who is too busy to worry in the daytime and too sleepy to worry in the night time” and I’m in this state. No matter whatever it is  I was too busy all these days..but still I love what I did. There was no place for stupid introspections..no place for emotional quotient….happily I can say I was busy(occupied).

I’m not sure I’m headed towards the right direction…but still I’m moving with it. Lets see..wats on my way. Recently felt that I’m moving out of my routines …so I decided to start scribbling again. Though I’m not very good at writing….I have few followers and they frequently ask “why no posts?”. And here I’m with my writings again…! It’s not for others, its for me …I write. 🙂

Its all about BEST and REST…!

Happy Independence Day…..by saying this once can display his patriotism. This is what happening today. I better wanted to call this day as social awareness day or social service day or Activism Day. Because lots of blood donation camps. medical camps, orphanage visits etc., are arranged today almost all the orphanages would be crowded with the good hearted persons…!

The happy thing is atleast in this day most ones get some awareness that they should atleast look back at the society. The good thing is that this kind of activities will change atleast few minds to contribute more to the society.

And coming to the point…this time I can say that this day is IN-DEPENDENT day . Because more basic things are still restricted in one way or other due these worse politicians.

Happy IN-DEPENDENCE day...!

Happy IN-DEPENDENCE day...!

Lack of quality in education in govt schools, restriction of higher studies due to family economy, less investment in Research and development in all the fields, going backwards in agriculture, increase in deaths due to droughts, no safe country for girls after 9.00 pm, no safe (good) roads to drive, no freedom to enjoy 24 hrs electricity, no control in increase in daily usable, increasing orphanages, etc., The list will continue. All the above said getting worse year by year. This is not a good sign of celebrating the 60 plus years of independence.

There are more things to be mentioned as improvement. I always look at the other side….because we need more improvement. People took activism os a one day can speak about best in the country. People took activism as a second profession can speak about the rest in the country, simply the real face of the country. So I come in second category.

And finally this day really good because of the vijay TV programs. Starting from Sivakumar’s tamil related program , neeya naana, yethu sudanthiram etc., this day was full of entertainments. Usually i take off from activism on this day. 🙂

Almost lost my breath for 6 mins

It’s the last six mins…heartbeats are becoming abnormal, hands started  shivering, out of breath…just taking some extra air through mouth, the temptations are kept on increasing…but still Sachin’s team (Mumbai Indian’s) lost the match by 3 runs to Kings 11 (yuvraj’s team). Mind says its after all a game but still heart says its Sachin’s team in trouble. It took me some 10 mins after the match to get back to the normal breath .

breath easy...game is a game.

breath easy...game is a game.

Yes its DLF – IPL 2009. It’s interesting to see this years IPL, because every team is competing and matches are closing with a little difference. Almost every match ends in the last over..so its a nail biting experience often.  Really good cricket to watch. And the results were topsy-turvy when compared to 2008 IPL. Wish a bounce back from Kolkatta Knight Riders (KKR) and hope lots of surprises are awaiting.

Lots of matches are yet to be played… good to watch when we take it only to mind and not to heart. Happy watching cricket…!

Strike ends in election and votes.

Really this day was not comfortable for most of the people in Tamilnadu, reason behind this is DMK’s (political party) general strike on the Sri Lankan Tamils issue demanding immediate steps for a ceasefire in the island country began this morning.  Normal life was affected because of no buses ,auto rickshaws and almost all the shops remains closed.Almost all the colleges, institutions, companies etc., remain closed.

For begging votes...!

For begging votes...!

Yet another opportunistic decision from the greatest leader of Tamil Nadu. He can write a book on the tricks and twists of  making use of the situations in politics. What is gonna happen by striking here at this time…he should have done this several months back…that too he had 40 MP’s in control. Nothing was done at that time except some slips and jerks in the statements on this issue. They can say that the strike was successful and they can be happy for that..but we peoples are loosing from their success.

For the better part ..atleast fews parties were not supported this strike. Only one thing I can request to the greatest leaders of Tamilnadu…there are 1000 ways to express your love of tamil and tamilian..and sure that this is not one among them. Please don’t disturb normal life for your bulshit things…!

Hope peoples are much aware than before…and they know why this strike and for what. This strike is not to save the innocent civilians in srilanka..but for saving the party from loosing in Elections.Really we need a change from this great state govt. Think thrice before getting a mark in the index finger…!

Indian states on South Africa’s soil…!

It’s about the great entertainer IPL-2 2009 started in south Africa yesterday. Its really funny to see the local Indian matches played in the international grounds ..as the IPL is started for entertaining Indian fans and to earn money from them. So the teams were split  into names of states and things were organized . But now this was shifted to South Africa and the name has not changed for the tournament and the teams.

IPl should have been changed as IPL@International Premier League and the states names should have been removed . At least south African players should be given more priority to play in all the teams…but nothing happened. I don’t think this year IPL will earn more money….! When taking it as a game ..things are ok and it will be a good entertainer and it will give  new dimensions to the T20 format. May be IPL will  considered more important than T20 world cup in the forth coming years.

Its time for fab 4...!

Its time for fab 4...!

Anyways… I am really happy with the first day results. Congrats for the first winning of Sachin’s and Dravid’s team. Its Dravid’s turn to prove himself that  he is still good in cricket and eligible to lead a team. And also Ganguly is waiting for his turn…! Lets wait and see the performances of  the costly players like (kevin peiterson, Fleming etc.,) .
